Get down to MNKY HSE

Brand new Mayfair restaurant MNKY HSE is the most fun you can have dining out this weekend. The Latin American venue combines incredible food (don’t miss the beef tenderloin or the courgette flowers) with the coolest interiors – think plush private booths, low lighting and a strong monkey theme. Set on two floors with an inmate bar area upstairs, both will also play host to international DJs and live performers.

Sweat it out at an intense workout class

Third Space’s Sweat1000 class, is the ultimate workout and the most effective way to torch fat and define and sculpt your body. The 45minute class consists of interval training on the new woodway treadmills combined with intense intervals of conditioning work using weights, kettlebells, monkey bars and everything the Third Space Rig has to throw at you. The name gives the class away, expect to burn up to 1000 calories during your session, but above all, it will be fun.
